TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Drag Brunch reservation system operated by Outpost Neighborhood Tavern ("we," "us," or "our"). By submitting a reservation, you agree to these terms.

Reservations

Drag Brunch reservations are available for parties of 1 to 99 guests.

Seatings are offered at 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM on Sundays, subject to availability.

Total capacity is limited to 99 seats per seating. Once a seating reaches capacity, additional parties will be added to a waitlist.

Your reservation is not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation email or text message from us.

Confirmation Policy

We will send you a confirmation request approximately 72 hours before your reservation via email and text message.

You must confirm your reservation by replying YES to the text message or tapping the confirmation link in the email.

If we do not receive your confirmation by 6:00 PM ET on the Saturday before your reservation, we reserve the right to release your seats to the next available party on our waitlist.

Waitlist

When a seating is full, you may join the waitlist. You will be assigned a position based on the order of requests received.

If a confirmed reservation is released or cancelled, we will contact the next eligible waitlist party via text message.

Waitlisted parties will have a limited window to accept the available seat. If you do not respond, the seat will be offered to the next party.

Cancellations

You may cancel your reservation by replying CANCEL to any text message from us or by contacting Outpost Neighborhood Tavern directly.

We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations so we can offer your seat to another guest.

No-Show Policy

Guests who confirm a reservation but do not arrive within 15 minutes of their seating time may forfeit their table.

Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future reservations.

Communications Consent

By providing your phone number and email address, you consent to receive:

Booking confirmations and receipts

Reminder and confirmation requests via SMS and email

Waitlist notifications

Cancellation notices

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. You may unsubscribe from emails by using the unsubscribe link in any message. Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS communications.

Payment

Drag Brunch is a ticketed event. Payment is processed through Square at the completion of the event.

All sales are final unless the reservation is cancelled by Outpost Neighborhood Tavern, in which case a full refund will be issued.

Code of Conduct

Drag Brunch is an inclusive, celebratory event welcoming to all. Outpost Neighborhood Tavern reserves the right to refuse service or remove any guest who is disruptive, disrespectful to performers or staff, or violates the establishment's policies.

Liability

Outpost Neighborhood Tavern is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from your attendance at Drag Brunch, except to the extent prohibited by law.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised date.
